چکیده

Modern antiviral therapy regimens for patients with chronic viral hepatitis aim to achieve either long-term suppression of pathogen replication (e.g., nucleoside analogs in B) or complete elimination the virus (such as direct-acting drugs C). However, agents do not have a significant impact on restoration biochemical processes prevention further progression morphological changes liver. These limitations emphasize ongoing need new therapeutic strategies that target fibrogenesis.
The work is assess possibility effect drug "Bicyclol" fibrotic B+C using non-invasive scale rate fibrosis.
 Materials and methods
An analysis dynamics 62 B C (HCV+C) was conducted. All received consisting pegylated interferon 48 weeks. In main group (Group I), were prescribed after completing treatment interferon. control II) followed principles proper nutrition took traditional hepatoprotectors. Based identified correlations, proposed individual risk liver fibrosis progression.
 Research results
Against background use an regimen, normalization cytolysis indicators observed most CHB+C, but some it short-lived. Treatment contributed decrease indicators, vast majority activity ALT AST reached upper limit norm. CHB+C who only basic without antifibrotic component, tendency maintain elevated level transaminases observed.
 Conclusions.
Thus, hepatoprotector 12 months ensures liver, accompanied by severity fibrosis, - its reverse development. prognostic makes possible early appointment therapy.

Surface protein mutations in chronic hepatitis B patients who received hepatitis B vaccine therapy

Objective (s):The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between vaccine therapy and appearance of mutations in hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg)-positive chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) patients. Materials and Methods: 16 patients received the HBV vaccine and another 16 individuals from the control group did not. The surface gene was amplified and directly sequenced from samples...
